There is a sample game is on the website to check the quality. All games have commentary in English and suitable for TV viewing.

We will be Beta Testing Module 1 of a new Sports Psychology Class beginning June 7 2010. Anyone interested in participating at no charge can sign up at http://www.waterpoloacademy.com/classes/so-you-want-referee-water-polo

ALL members of the May 1 Intro to Refereeing will also be enrolled in this class to help with the transition from player (or parent) to referee.

Course Description:

Refereeing is a rewarding but very tough profession. This course is designed to educate and support you in pursuing refereeing by helping you to develop and strengthen mental and communication skills.

So You Want to Referee Water Polo is a NINE-Module Course featuring instruction and education in Applied Sports Psychology Skills for water polo referees.

You will take one module at a time. Each Module is a 10-day course. Each module will cover different topics in Applied Sports Psychology. The first module will cover a full-course overview and the topic “Career Transitions.”

We have a private forum now up and running and available for all Water Polo Academy students (both current and past). This forum is available for you to ask the WPA instructors for clarification, help or technical assistance at any time.
